Four projects. Different contexts. A shared interest in how a business works, and how software can help it work better.
01 / Wholesale & logistics
MyBadBanana.
React
TypeScript
Capacitor
Firebase
From receiving to the last delivery.
Fresh produce moves through a chain of decisions: what to buy, where to store it, what to pick, and how to deliver it. The software needs to follow the physical goods.
A connected web and mobile workflow carries information from receiving and lot tracking through picking, loading, delivery confirmation, and returns.
Inside the project
Purchasing, receiving, and inventory traceability
Order picking and loading with expiry awareness
Delivery confirmation and returns
Mobile scanning, offline work, and printing
02 / Hospitality & team operations
CuppaHive Ops.
React
TypeScript
iOS & Android
Firebase
The systems behind the daily rhythm.
A coffee shop depends on many small things happening together: the right people on shift, clear tasks, available stock, and useful communication between locations.
Shared workflows connect scheduling, time tracking, checklists, recipes, and stock across web, iOS, and Android. Related research explores demand forecasting for bakery planning.

03 / Loyalty & customer experience
Ooowee Rewards.
Flutter

Next.js
A connection beyond the purchase.
A customer relationship continues after a transaction. A loyalty product brings repeat interactions, reward balances, and product verification into one place.
A Flutter app connects product-code verification with points and merchandise redemption, alongside quizzes, challenges, badges, shop discovery, and referrals.

A point of view, carried into the details.
A brand needs a consistent experience from the first impression to the product page. Visual identity, navigation, and commerce have to work together.
A custom Shopify theme layer shapes the homepage, collections, and product pages around Vargsten’s identity, with ring sizing, product galleries, and gift-box personalization. The storefront work is currently in development.

Collection browsing and product presentation
Ring sizing and gift-box personalization

The common thread
A useful product starts with understanding the work.
